Lines of research
The research is primarily focused on wind farm optimization, considering multiple objectives and constraints, including annual energy production (AEP), visual and acoustic impact, and investment and operational costs. The aim is to develop efficient optimization methodologies that improve the overall performance and sustainability of wind energy projects.
Other research interests include cable-driven robotics, legged robots, computer vision systems, embedded systems, artificial neural networks, fuzzy logic, and related areas of intelligent control and automation.
